Hazel Farrer is a nature and wellbeing coach, corporate trainer, climate coach and
mindfulness teacher and specialises in designing and teaching nature-based mindfulness programmes that take us on the journey from mindful self-awareness to connection and compassion for nature and ultimately to pro environmental behaviour and care for the planet. She initially worked in the UK in parks, event management and community recreation, specialised in children play development and was a presenter on regional TV and radio.
She moved to South Africa and was a director of a coaching and wellness company in South Africa, training and presenting soft skills in corporate organisations, organising conferences and retreats and coaching wellbeing skills in schools. On moving back to Europe, she completed her Masters in Mindfulness-based approaches focusing on nature-based mindfulness and now runs online mindful-nature courses,
webinars and retreats and teaches mindfulness, nature connection and climate awareness curriculums in international schools for primary aged children.
